Requirements
- Proven experience leading engineering teams as a Development Manager, Engineering Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
- Strong track record in people leadership, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and developing senior engineers.
- Hands-on technical background with the ability to actively contribute to product development and technical decision-making.
- Experience building and shipping customer-facing software in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with AI-powered products, conversational AI, or foundation-model-based systems in production environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead through influence and collaboration.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments with evolving priorities and rapid experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of AI-powered communication products, ensuring they deliver meaningful value to clinics and end users through fast iteration and thoughtful execution.
- Act as a player-coach, contributing directly to technical design and implementation while supporting team alignment, prioritization, and delivery.
- Partner with Product, Design, and AI teams to translate early concepts into functional, scalable customer-facing features.
- Establish and maintain strong feedback loops with customers by participating in pilots and analyzing real-world product performance.
- Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, technical guidance, and architectural input in a rapidly evolving product space.
- Foster a high-trust, collaborative team culture that encourages curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning.
