Responsibilities
- Shape and evolve Smartcat’s core narrative.
- Partner with executives to develop authentic, high-impact voices and presence.
- Lead executive social strategy, primarily on LinkedIn, creating a repeatable content cadence.
- Drive a focused, high-impact PR strategy and manage external PR contractors or agencies.
- Connect executive voice, category narrative, customer proof, and product positioning into a cohesive system.
- Activate internal voices to amplify company stories.
- Support major launches, events, and announcements with strong storytelling.
