Requirements

  • Highly organised individual who enjoys working from structured lists, templates, and processes.
  • Strong proficiency with data systems and can confidently use Google Sheets/Excel to manage lists and track performance.
  • Able to work with basic formulas, filters, and pivot tables to slice data (or keen to learn quickly).
  • Genuine interest in the creator economy and how creators grow their businesses.
  • Excited about the potential of AI-powered coaching and messaging-based programs like WhatsApp.
  • Clear written communication; able to spot copy or formatting issues before something goes out.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and navigating ambiguity.
  • Proactive, comfortable taking ownership of a defined area of work.
  • Happy to suggest improvements rather than just following instructions.
  • Able to commit to 6 months on a full-time (or near full-time) basis.
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end process for sending our three weekly WhatsApp strategy pings to creators.
  • Expand from the current 5‑creator test group to a significantly larger, well-structured test cohort.
  • Ensure accurate audience lists, correct message templates, and timely sends each week.
  • Prepare and schedule messages according to agreed cadences and playbooks.
  • Run basic QA checks (links, formatting, personalisation fields) before sends.
  • Monitor delivery issues and flag any anomalies or message failures to the team.
  • Maintain clean tracking sheets for creator cohorts, message sends, responses, and key engagement metrics.
  • Update performance dashboards/trackers weekly (e.g. response rates, click-throughs, content actions taken).
  • Support simple analysis of test results (e.g. comparing different message variants or cohorts) and surface clear insights.
  • Help set up structured experiments (e.g. A/B tests across different copy, timings, or creator segments).
