Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Sales Development teams in a fast-growing SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong track record of driving pipeline generation through both inbound and outbound channels.
  • Experience in sales or closing roles is highly preferred, with strong commercial acumen.
  • Deep understanding of modern sales tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ).
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and retain top-performing sales talent.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working in remote or distributed teams is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve outbound and inbound pipeline generation targets.
  • Build and optimize SDR processes, playbooks, and workflows to improve team efficiency and conversion performance.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of high-performing SDR talent.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline generation strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key SDR performance metrics to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive alignment with regional sales leadership to ensure consistent pipeline delivery and revenue impact.
  • Provide ongoing feedback on marketing-qualified leads and contribute to campaign optimization initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous learning within the SDR organization.
