Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial/technical training or a degree
- Experience of cold-calling, paired with the necessary empathy and persistence
- Ideally, experience selling a SaaS product and/or an affinity for technical products
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for interacting with different personalities
- Your voice is your strongest sales tool
- High level of self-organization and initiative
- Drive to grow and actively help shape our growth
- A structured, analytical, and goal-oriented way of working completes your profile
- Fluent in English (native level)
Responsibilities
- Help hotels to understand the benefits of our software via phone, email, and social media.
- Build a sales pipeline and schedule qualified demos for the account executive team.
- Actively network within the hotel industry.
- Identify new use cases and expansion opportunities for our product.
- Work closely with customer support, development, and marketing to showcase our customers and their success stories.
- Use our CRM system HubSpot and help build a knowledge database.
- Represent happyhotel at trade fairs (travel expectation up to 15%).
