Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, including recruitment, training, and mentoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace.

- Experience working with marketing teams to develop campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Team Leaders and sales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training to help them reach their full potential.
- Foster a high-performing culture where everyone is motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear expectations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans that align with company revenue goals.
- Define target markets, setting ambitious yet achievable quotas, and outlining the strategies to win.
- Own the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Identify untapped market segments, anticipating shifts in demand, and spotting emerging opportunities to expand customer base and drive new revenue streams.
- Identify and develop new markets for Booksy's products and services.
- Closely monitor key sales metrics like conversion rates, average deal size, and customer acquisition cost.
- Prepare regular reports for management, providing insights into sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending corrective actions.
