Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, including recruitment, training, and mentoring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Team Leaders and sales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training to help them reach their full potential.
  • Foster a high-performing culture where everyone is motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear expectations, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans that align with company revenue goals.
  • Define target markets, setting ambitious yet achievable quotas, and outlining the strategies to win.
  • Own the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Identify untapped market segments, anticipating shifts in demand, and spotting emerging opportunities to expand customer base and drive new revenue streams.
  • Identify and develop new markets for Booksy's products and services.
  • Closely monitor key sales metrics like conversion rates, average deal size, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Prepare regular reports for management, providing insights into sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending corrective actions.
