Requirements

  • 2+ years in event marketing, field marketing, or tradeshow management (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities at once
  • Clear, effective communicator who can adapt messaging to different audiences and channels
  • Proven ability to own the full event lifecycle from planning through follow-up and ROI
  • Hands-on experience executing tradeshows and sponsorships end-to-end, including logistics, vendors, and onsite execution
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and ability to move quickly and adapt as needed
  • Experience using tools like Salesforce and Asana to manage workflows, track performance, and stay organized
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

  • Own and elevate our tradeshow and event strategy.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of Fleetio’s presence at key industry events.
  • Step in to support high-impact brand moments, such as sponsorship activations and special events.
  • Bring together strategy, storytelling, and flawless execution to drive pipeline.
  • Amplify our presence in the fleet industry, and create memorable, high-performing event experiences.
  • Align with demand-generation and sales goals.
  • Turn tradeshows into a powerful pipeline engine.
  • Become a go-to partner for Sales, aligning on the right accounts and winning together.
  • Create booth experiences that draw people in and leave a lasting impression of Fleetio.
  • Own the full event lifecycle and make every touchpoint count.
