Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of customer and channel-specific trade strategies aimed at driving profitable growth across the U.S. marketplace.
- Transform brand strategy into effective execution across all facets of marketing.
- Work closely with team members across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, and Finance, to create impactful strategies that not only elevate the brand but also support business objectives.
- Influence annual business planning and trade marketing initiatives.
- Establish best in class 4P principles by channel and align closely with sales teams.
- Manage trade spending and volume allocations in conjunction with the Director of Sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic strategies for brand elevation.
- Monitor account-level spending and provide actionable recommendations to enhance ROI.
- Partner with Finance and Accounting on budget planning and compliance.
- Work with brand and RGM on pricing strategy development.
- Implement go-to-market strategies for customer activation.
- Support the execution of Annual Customer Business Plans.
- Oversee customer activations, ensuring effective spend documentation and evaluation.
- Collaborate with various teams to align on strategies and activate success.
- Take accountability for results and communicate customer-level P&L.
- Develop a Joint Business Plan with customers to meet set objectives.
