Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of customer and channel-specific trade strategies aimed at driving profitable growth across the U.S. marketplace.
  • Transform brand strategy into effective execution across all facets of marketing.
  • Work closely with team members across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, and Finance, to create impactful strategies that not only elevate the brand but also support business objectives.
  • Influence annual business planning and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Establish best in class 4P principles by channel and align closely with sales teams.
  • Manage trade spending and volume allocations in conjunction with the Director of Sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic strategies for brand elevation.
  • Monitor account-level spending and provide actionable recommendations to enhance ROI.
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting on budget planning and compliance.
  • Work with brand and RGM on pricing strategy development.
  • Implement go-to-market strategies for customer activation.
  • Support the execution of Annual Customer Business Plans.
  • Oversee customer activations, ensuring effective spend documentation and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with various teams to align on strategies and activate success.
  • Take accountability for results and communicate customer-level P&L.
  • Develop a Joint Business Plan with customers to meet set objectives.
