- Strong writing skills with a human, non-robotic tone
- Basic understanding of email metrics: open rate, CTR, and deliverability
- Detail-oriented to prevent errors in mass communications
- Comfortable working in templates and performing basic HTML email edits
- Self-managed and deadline-driven
Responsibilities
- Write and deploy email campaigns and automated sequences for NoGigiddy's subscriber list
- Segment audiences based on behavior, preferences, and engagement history
- A/B test subject lines, send times, and CTAs to improve open and click rates
- Build and maintain automated flows such as welcome sequences, re-engagement, and offer alerts
- Monitor deliverability, unsubscribe rates, and list health
- Coordinate with the content team to align email with broader campaigns
- Report on campaign performance and iterate based on data
