Requirements
- 5+ years of experience executing CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building, coding and deploying campaigns within Braze.
- Proficiency with Liquid templates, conditional logic, and dynamic content.
- Strong HTML and CSS email development skills.
- Experience building and maintaining Canvas journeys and audience segmentation.
- Experience leveraging customer data platforms (CDPs) or APIs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to leverage campaign performance data.
Responsibilities
- Leverage CRM technology, customer data, and Liquid scripting for personalized experiences.
- Build, deploy, and optimize dynamic customer journeys across email, push, and in-app channels.
- Partner with CRM, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to deliver campaigns.
- Independently build, QA, and launch campaigns within Braze.
- Create and maintain dynamic content using Liquid, customer attributes, and behavioral data.
- Troubleshoot rendering, personalization, and segmentation issues.
- Build and maintain scalable customer journeys and automated lifecycle programs.
- Develop reusable content modules and personalization frameworks.
