Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or event coordination.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and Eloqua.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and interpreting campaign performance data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to translate technical concepts into accessible messaging.
- Experience in industrial, energy, or technical B2B environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of integrated high-voltage marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, webinar, and event channels.
- Coordinate and manage marketing activities related to industry events, trade shows, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor marketing effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
- Support CRM and marketing automation processes using tools such as Salesforce and Eloqua.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
- Contribute to the development of marketing content, collateral, and technical storytelling materials.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
