Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign marketing, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
- Proven track record of building and scaling multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline, revenue impact, and product adoption.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, buying committees, and complex B2B decision-making processes.
- Deep familiarity with core SaaS growth metrics, including pipeline generation, ARR, retention, expansion, and conversion rates.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, content, design, and performance marketing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive alignment across complex organizations.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to improve campaign efficiency, creative development, and marketing experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of global, multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive pipeline, new customer acquisition, and expansion revenue.
- Translate product positioning into clear, high-impact narratives and demand generation programs tailored to enterprise buying audiences.
- Build and execute full-funnel campaigns across paid, owned, and field channels, ensuring alignment between messaging, audience targeting, and revenue goals.
- Partner closely with Solution Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Marketing teams to define ICPs, use cases, and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop campaign frameworks, briefs, timelines, and measurement plans to ensure consistent execution and performance tracking.
- Leverage AI tools and automation workflows to accelerate audience segmentation, content iteration, and campaign optimization.
- Continuously test, analyze, and refine campaign performance based on pipeline impact, conversion metrics, and engagement insights.
