Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in compensation management.
  • Background in high-growth SaaS or tech companies.
  • Advanced Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with Radford or similar third-party compensation vendors.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Core and Advanced Compensation modules.
  • Deep knowledge of FLSA and federal/state compensation regulations.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into compelling narratives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage bi-annual compensation cycles including merit, promotions, bonuses, and equity.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for compensation-related decisions and retention.
  • Train People Business Partners and managers on compensation literacy.
  • Maintain and optimize salary bands and job leveling frameworks.
  • Ensure company compliance with compensation-related legislation.
  • Manage compensation data within Workday.
  • Collaborate with Finance and leadership to prepare board-level compensation materials.
  • Lead market benchmarking surveys and perform data analysis.
  • Execute ad hoc compensation projects.
