Requirements
- 1+ year of recent sales experience preferred, with a strong track record of performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to obtain a Life & Health or Accident & Health insurance license prior to starting (support provided).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections confidently.
- Highly self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume remote sales environment.
- Strong technical proficiency, including CRM systems, Google Suite, and multi-system navigation.
- Ability to maintain focus and productivity while working independently from a private workspace.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection meeting required technical specifications.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers who have responded to marketing campaigns and guide them through insurance options.
- Conduct detailed needs analyses to identify suitable Medicare and ancillary insurance products.
- Recommend and present tailored insurance solutions from multiple carriers to ensure unbiased guidance.
- Assist customers through the enrollment process for Medicare and related insurance plans.
- Manage high-volume sales activity while maintaining quality customer interactions and compliance standards.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through a strong focus on performance and commission-driven outcomes.
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities, including supporting additional internal initiatives as needed.
