Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle or customer marketing within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong experience using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Pardot.
  • Proven success in driving reviews and demand generation through platforms such as G2 and Capterra.
  • Experience with product analytics tools such as Pendo or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize customer lifecycle marketing strategies designed to increase engagement, adoption, retention, and expansion across the customer base.
  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing programs that improve customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and expansion revenue.
  • Optimize onboarding communications to accelerate time-to-value and improve early customer experience.
  • Analyze customer behavior and product usage data to identify segmentation opportunities and drive targeted messaging.
  • Partner with Customer Success teams to identify adoption gaps and deliver relevant educational content and resources.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support renewal strategies and improve retention outcomes.
  • Build and manage customer advocacy programs to support referrals and strengthen customer references.
  • Support customer-facing initiatives such as webinars, training sessions, and community engagement programs.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align messaging and improve customer value delivery.
