Requirements
- Previous experience in a land, property, environmental, or administrative role (or relevant internship/placement)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- High attention to detail, particularly in data entry and document management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience using CRM or database systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Support the identification of potential land opportunities through research and land searches
- Support the onboarding process for new sites, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate
- Assist with land ownership checks, title reviews, and initial due diligence activities
- Collate and review environmental and planning constraints data for prospective sites
- Maintain and update CRM systems and internal land databases with accurate, up-to-date information
- Assist with stakeholder engagement, including liaising with landowners and external partners
- Record and track landowner interactions and correspondence
- Prepare site onboarding forms, reports, and internal briefing documents
