Responsibilities

  • Manage bills, utilities, and subscriptions.
  • Maintain a trusted list of go-to contacts—vendors, service providers, and contractors—and handle ongoing coordination and communication.
  • Oversee deliveries and ensure household logistics are handled with minimal disruption.
  • Coordinate all aspects of personal and family travel including flights, accommodations, transportation, and experiences.
  • Track and optimize loyalty programs, points, and rewards.
  • Plan and manage celebrations, gifts, and experiences.
  • Research and secure tickets for events and experiences, handling all logistics behind the scenes.
