About Environment Bank
Environment Bank pioneers biodiversity restoration in England, creating a new plan for the planet. We implement Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) through a network of Habitat Banks, transforming low-quality land into thriving ecosystems. Our innovative Biodiversity Units provide developers a risk-free way to meet planning requirements off-site. We partner with landowners, offering guaranteed 30-year payments for creating flourishing habitats. Since 2006, we have established over 50 Habitat Banks, generated more than 10,000 Biodiversity Units, and restored over 4,000 acres of land. Leading companies like Everton FC, Aldi, and National Grid trust our solutions to achieve their environmental goals.
