Head of International Alliances

Own the end-to-end development and execution of the international partnership program for Europe and MENA.
Identify and secure strategic partners including defense primes, systems integrators, OEMs, and DefenseTech innovators.
Coordinate cross-functional commercial, legal, and technical diligence for prospective partnerships.
Negotiate partnership frameworks including NDAs, teaming agreements, reseller, and distribution agreements.
Build repeatable playbooks, governance models, and enablement strategies to support sales-partner alignment.
Develop joint go-to-market planning and co-selling initiatives to accelerate qualified pipeline and win probability.
Lead periodic business reviews with active partners to assess performance and strategic milestones.

Engineering at TurbineOne

You will build advanced edge-based AI and edge ML software that runs directly on battlefield devices. Our no-code, no-cloud platform empowers non-technical users to adapt ML models in the field. We leverage ML Transformers for object detection and Zero Shot computer vision for unstructured data. Your work will enable multi-domain operations and sensor fusion, creating software that works safely offline and under pressure. This includes developing automated test frameworks for on-premise, air-gapped, and enterprise deployments.
