Requirements
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar remote administrative role
- Familiarity with Xero (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Strong attention to detail, especially in financial data and reporting
- Excellent written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Willingness to be available for urgent matters outside regular hours when required
Responsibilities
- Manage a shared Gmail inbox and handle email correspondence
- Coordinate flight-related tasks, including bookings, cancellations, updates, and changes
- Update and reconcile financial records in Xero (House, 3ML, P4G)
- Track and complete recurring and ad hoc tasks via Trello
- Conduct online research across various topics as needed
- Send scheduled reminder emails and provide general administrative support
