Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar remote administrative role
  • Familiarity with Xero (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in financial data and reporting
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Willingness to be available for urgent matters outside regular hours when required

Responsibilities

  • Manage a shared Gmail inbox and handle email correspondence
  • Coordinate flight-related tasks, including bookings, cancellations, updates, and changes
  • Update and reconcile financial records in Xero (House, 3ML, P4G)
  • Track and complete recurring and ad hoc tasks via Trello
  • Conduct online research across various topics as needed
  • Send scheduled reminder emails and provide general administrative support
