- Curious and research-driven

- Organized and proactive, capable of managing outreach activity and follow-ups
- Creative and thoughtful - understands that great outreach is personal, relevant, and human
- 1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, marketing, recruiting, or research roles
- Experience conducting account research and identifying decision-makers
- Experience with personalized outreach (email, phone, or LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on target markets, organizations, and industry trends (e.g., state-level legislation, healthcare regulations, or relevant press)
- Identify key contacts within target accounts and craft personalized outreach tailored to their context
- Design and execute thoughtful multi-channel engagement sequences including email, phone outreach, and follow-up touches
- Maintain organized outreach tracking and manage intentional follow-up cadences to nurture conversations over time
- Handle objections and pushback professionally, adapting messaging and articulating thoughtful responses
- Collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams to refine messaging, share insights from conversations, and improve outreach strategy
- Continuously look for creative ways to capture attention and humanize outreach
- Meticulously document contact conversations, collaborating closely with the Growth team, in CRM
