  • Creative and thoughtful - understands that great outreach is personal, relevant, and human
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, marketing, recruiting, or research roles
  • Experience conducting account research and identifying decision-makers
  • Experience with personalized outreach (email, phone, or LinkedIn)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on target markets, organizations, and industry trends (e.g., state-level legislation, healthcare regulations, or relevant press)
  • Identify key contacts within target accounts and craft personalized outreach tailored to their context
  • Design and execute thoughtful multi-channel engagement sequences including email, phone outreach, and follow-up touches
  • Maintain organized outreach tracking and manage intentional follow-up cadences to nurture conversations over time
  • Handle objections and pushback professionally, adapting messaging and articulating thoughtful responses
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams to refine messaging, share insights from conversations, and improve outreach strategy
  • Continuously look for creative ways to capture attention and humanize outreach
  • Meticulously document contact conversations, collaborating closely with the Growth team, in CRM
