- Build and iterate on onboarding content for new customers, including getting-started guides, in-product walkthroughs, how-to videos, and training materials.
- Translate product releases and roadmap updates into crisp sales enablement materials and internal briefings.
- Interview customers and field teams to surface proof points, use cases, and ROI stories.
- Support product launches end-to-end: positioning, messaging, launch collateral, and internal enablement.
- Own the editorial calendar across the blog, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and email.
- Write long-form content including blog posts, whitepapers, customer stories, and POV pieces.
- Produce and publish YouTube content: scripts, interviews, product walkthroughs, and customer stories, coordinating filming and editing.
- Run the social cadence: posts, graphics, and short-form video for LinkedIn and X.
- Build and ship lifecycle email programs in HubSpot including newsletters, nurture sequences, and product update emails.
- Measure what is working and what is not, and use SEO and analytics tools to optimize for engagement, organic traffic, and pipeline contribution.
