Requirements
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle close
- Experience with journal entries
- Experience with account reconciliations
- Experience with flux analysis
- Experience with variance commentary
- Solid working knowledge of US GAAP
- Experience in a pre-IPO, IPO-stage, or public company environment (preferred)
- Exposure to building or contributing to internal controls and SOX-ready accounting processes
- CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification (active or actively in progress)
- Proficiency with NetSuite or an equivalent ERP
Responsibilities
- Own key components of the monthly close
- Handle journal entries
- Perform account reconciliations
- Manage intercompany transactions
- Provide financial reporting support
- Work directly with the Controller and broader Finance function
- Help build audit-ready processes as the company grows toward IPO readiness
