Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Big Four public accounting experience.
- Strong foundation in US GAAP and internal controls.
- Technical expertise in ASC 350-40, 842, 606, 810, and 830.
- Experience managing audits and senior stakeholder interactions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
- Proficiency with NetSuite ERP.
- Hands-on proficiency with AI tools for accounting workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate global month-end and quarter-end close processes.
- Own month-end accruals and operating expense accounting.
- Oversee reconciliations, monthly flux analyses, and management reporting.
- Ensure GL design integrity and manage system integrations.
- Manage intercompany accounting and multi-currency consolidation.
- Own technical accounting for software, leases, and commissions.
- Lead accounting automation and AI integration initiatives.
- Mentor and develop the corporate accounting team.
- Partner with audit teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
