Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger accounting.
- Relevant degree or professional certification.
- Exceptional knowledge of HGB.
- Expertise in handling accruals, deferrals, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Strong experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proficiency with P2P automation tools.
- Fluent in English.
- Good German language skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize the entire Procure-to-Pay process.
- Take full ownership of transaction accuracy impact on P&L and Balance Sheet.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing via complex accruals and deferrals.
- Collaborate with IT to automate P2P workflows and NetSuite integrations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and HGB standards.
- Act as technical point of contact and mentor for the team.
