Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or similar roles
- Strong background in financial modeling
- Strong background in data analytics
- Strong background in process design and implementation
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with PowerPoint
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with SaaS, subscription-based, or usage-based business models
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Experience with AI tools (i.e. Claude)
Responsibilities
- Create top-line financial and operational models to identify risks/opportunities and enable scenario planning
- Lead revenue forecasting and pipeline management efforts, working closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to build connectivity between teams
- Assist with annual operating planning and quarterly reforecasts
- Partner with sales leaders on key operational and strategic questions and analyses
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across pipelines
- Design and enforce standardized forecasting cadences and reviews
- Leverage data and AI to create dashboards and tools with the goal of providing deeper visibility and enabling better decision making
- Work across functions to drive accountability and continuous improvement through automation and process redesign
