Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or property management
  • Exceptional written and spoken English
  • Proficiency with web-based tools: Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), DocuSign, and ticketing systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open tickets and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently and proactively flagging issues to your manager
  • Must be based in the Philippines and available to work night shift (approx. 9 PM–6 AM PHT)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls and emails from HOA owners, board members, and vendors
  • Manage and resolve support tickets in Vantaca, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation
  • Research and resolve accounts receivable (owner) and accounts payable (vendor) payment discrepancies
  • Prepare, track, and route documents for electronic signature via DocuSign
  • Coordinate daily operational tasks across an HOA portfolio in collaboration with a U.S.-based Community Manager
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with U.S.-based clients and vendors on business needs and status updates
