Requirements

  • Experience in B2B technology marketing, with a strong focus on field or regional marketing in collaboration with Sales teams
  • Proven track record of designing and executing integrated marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities in fast-paced, matrixed environments
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and using insights to optimize strategy and execution
  • Experience managing or supporting regional marketing budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a remote, cross-functional environment
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace, as well as marketing automation and reporting platforms
  • Understanding of SaaS, DevOps, or software development environments is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated regional marketing strategies across EMEA, aligning closely with Sales and Ecosystem priorities to drive pipeline growth and business impact
  • Design and manage field marketing programs that combine digital campaigns, events, and in-person engagement to reach enterprise audiences effectively
  • Lead the planning and execution of regional campaigns and events, including third-party partnerships and company-owned initiatives
  • Analyze program performance and translate data into actionable insights, tailoring communication for regional leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Manage and optimize regional marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and strong return on investment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution of demand generation initiatives
  • Continuously test, iterate, and improve marketing programs to define scalable best practices across the region
  • Work with external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality campaigns and events across multiple markets
