Requirements

  • Proven experience in resource coordination or freelance management specifically within the Italian market.
  • Strong background in managing complex schedules in high-pressure environments (e.g., live events, sports, or broadcasting).
  • Solid understanding of Italian Health & Safety standards and labor compliance for external contractors.
  • Ability to manage invoicing workflows and accurately allocate expenses to internal cost centers.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Clear and reliable communication style for a remote workforce.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible attitude with the ability to solve last-minute resourcing challenges calmly.
  • Willingness to travel across Italy for event support or team meetings as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the scheduling and management of a nationwide network of freelance operators across all Italian regions.
  • Partner with Project Leads and the Operations Manager to determine the precise headcount required for regional projects, ensuring readiness for peak competition periods.
  • Manage the deployment of resources to ensure seamless operational coverage, balancing availability and performance to maintain high delivery standards.
  • Lead the full hiring process specifically for the Italian market, from initial job openings to final onboarding.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition department to define specific Italian job requirements and streamline the sourcing of local talent.
  • Conduct interviews to select the most qualified freelance profiles that meet the technical and cultural needs of our football operations.
  • Audit and verify that all Italian freelancers hold the necessary Health & Safety (HSE) certifications required for their specific roles.
  • Ensure all external personnel operate in full alignment with Italian safety regulations (D.Lgs. 81/08) and corporate standards to minimize operational risk.
  • Oversee the entire invoicing process for the Italian freelance network, ensuring documentation is accurate and processed on time.
  • Verify that all freelance-related expenses are correctly coded and directed to the appropriate internal Italian cost centers for accurate budget reporting.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for day-to-day queries, escalations, and support for the Italian FL/CW community.
  • Collaborate with CRP Trainers to ensure new resources are equipped with the necessary skills and materials specific to the Italian service deliverables.
  • Support the CRP strategy to build a loyal, flexible, and high-performing network across the territory.
