  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • High attention to detail, particularly in configuration, documentation, and validation processes
  • Experience in iGaming (B2B or B2C) is highly desirable; Fintech or SaaS backgrounds are also welcome
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across distributed teams

Responsibilities

  • Own and coordinate end-to-end casino game and provider integrations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to the platform
  • Act as the main liaison between Commercial and Platform Integration teams to maintain alignment throughout all project phases
  • Monitor and track integration progress, proactively identifying risks, delays, and potential bottlenecks
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to game features and configurations in collaboration with internal teams and external providers
  • Validate game settings, bonus features, and tournament configurations as the final quality gate before release
  • Translate business requirements into clear, structured technical specifications for development teams
  • Support prioritization of provider requests and ensure proper assessment within the integration pipeline
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure high data and configuration integrity across all integrations
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders on integration status and roadmap progress
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement of integration processes and workflows
