How We Work and Life at Xolo
We are a distributed team of 130+ people working across over 10 countries. For those based in Estonia, we have cozy offices in Tallinn and Tartu, following a flexible hybrid work model.
Even though we work in a distributed set-up, we believe in bringing people together. Every summer, we bring the team together in Estonia for a company-wide gathering, creating a space to meet in person, spend time together, and enjoy the Estonian summer while it lasts.
