Job Details

Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a HR Operations or Generalist role.

Have at least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HR Operations or Generalist role.
Be fluent in Spanish and English.
Have strong knowledge of Spanish labour law and collective agreements.
Have practical experience with Spanish payroll processes.
Have experience preparing and managing employment contracts and other employee documents.
Have experience in international HR or a strong interest in it.
Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Bring a service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
Be comfortable with shifting priorities and taking ownership.

Own the full employee lifecycle for the team in Spain, from onboarding to offboarding.
Ensure practices comply with Spanish labour law and the applicable collective agreement.
Coordinate with payroll providers and external advisors on payroll inputs, Social Security registrations, and reporting.
Manage occupational health and safety for the team in Spain.
Serve as the first point of contact for employees in Spain on contracts, leave, benefits, and employment questions.
Prepare and manage employment documents for different countries, using templates and local advisors when needed.
Manage day-to-day work with EOR partners, including onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, and payroll and leave data checks.
Prepare independent contractor agreements and maintain contractor records.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, and support reporting and audits.
Improve HR processes at local and company-wide levels.
