Requirements
- Have 5–10+ years of experience as a People Business Partner in high-growth tech environments.
- Have experience specifically supporting distributed GTM teams.
- Be comfortable working asynchronously in remote-first or globally distributed environments.
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, with strong written communication.
- Have experience in organizational design and performance management.
- Have experience coaching senior leaders without being heavy-handed.
- Be comfortable operating in remote-first, open-source operating cultures.
- Have experience with self-serve, commercial, and enterprise motions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with functional and executive leadership on organizational design, performance, and day-to-day people decisions.
- Coach managers and leaders to improve support, consistency, and judgment across their teams.
- Maintain and champion a high-trust, high-accountability culture in a globally distributed environment.
- Scale people practices and programs without introducing unnecessary or heavy-handed processes.
- Collaborate with Recruiting, People Ops, Legal, and Finance on GTM and Engineering organization initiatives.
- Proactively manage employee relations and team health across the GTM and Engineering organizations.
