Requirements

Personally built and scaled a social media influencer program (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) for a consumer product from early stage to real traction
Taken an app from early stage to serious traction and personally managed the entire process
Built partnerships, influencer, and brand ambassador programs from nothing into a real growth channel
Deep hands-on experience designing and running surveys and split tests
Ability to map a customer journey and identify specific points where trust is won or lost
Genuine interest in how things are built (UX/engineering) and a strong eye for visual/graphic design
Experience working as or alongside product managers and operating inside a product organization
Ability to translate complex information into simple and personal messaging without oversimplifying
Regulatory instinct regarding wellness apps and making authoritative claims
Dedication and long-term commitment to the role

Responsibilities

Manage the entire process of growing the WellnessMAP app, from understanding user drop-offs to scaling what works
Identify the right partners, structure programs, build relationships, and run influencer/brand ambassador motions
Map the full customer journey, from first touch to long-term retention, assessing user trust and emotion
Design surveys, run split tests, and translate results into product and messaging decisions
Own positioning and messaging for WellnessMAP across all channels: app store, landing pages, in-app, lifecycle emails, and ambassador/influencer briefs
Partner closely with product and engineering, contributing meaningfully to the roadmap
Dedicate real time and long-term commitment to the role
