- Strong data fluency: effectively gathers and integrates quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making
- Proficiency handling ambiguity: makes sure goals are clearly defined and displays significant independence
- Clear written and verbal communication: a force for clarity and alignment
- Competence with technical complexity: can understand high-level architecture and its implications, comfortable talking with engineers about scope and tradeoffs
Responsibilities
- Own one of the most important products for transforming the customer journey and accelerating growth at Owner.
- Increase the percentage of qualified restaurant owners who join Owner after starting with the Grader.
- Evolve the Grader from a high-performing funnel into a more powerful growth system across acquisition, evaluation, conversion, and post-purchase launch.
- Identify where owners lose trust, get confused, or drop off, then ship improvements that make the path to joining Owner feel clearer, more valuable, and more compelling.
- Use data, experimentation, and customer insight to understand the funnel deeply and prioritize the work most likely to increase Owner’s growth rate.
