  • Strong data fluency: effectively gathers and integrates quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making and update intuition
  • Proficiency handling ambiguity: makes sure goals are clearly defined and displays significant independence in achieving them
  • Clear written and verbal communication: force for clarity and alignment, ensuring everyone’s on the same page
  • Competence with technical complexity: can understand high-level architecture and its implications for customer experience, comfortable talking with engineers about project scope and tradeoffs

Responsibilities

  • Own the product systems that turn leads into trials, customers, and ARR.
  • Increase total trials started by improving the funnel from qualified demand to active evaluation.
  • Increase total ARR contribution by building the infrastructure that helps Owner identify, route, nurture, convert, and retain high-quality demand.
  • Build and improve billing systems, CPQ flows, Salesforce syncs, RevOps integrations, data stacks, landing page and no-code tools, lifecycle marketing engines, and internal communication workflows.
  • Create a unified lead funnel across GrowthTrust, AQLs, Unified Sales Register, Grader variants, lifecycle messaging, and Sales and Launch workflows.
  • Partner with Engineering, Analytics, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, and Launch to make the growth engine faster, clearer, and more reliable.
  • Build the instrumentation, dashboards, and operating cadence that let the team understand what is working, where leads are stalling, and which bets are driving trials and ARR.
