Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances direct responsibility building a partnerships referral business
- Strong relationship network in SMB payments / fintech ecosystem or in channel development for a target vertical like field services
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder partnership deals
- Strong commercial acumen — comfortable structuring revenue-share, referral, and co-sell models
- Proven track record of not just developing partnerships but generating leads and revenue from these sources as well
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident executive presence
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipeline and reporting
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new partnership opportunities aligned with strategic growth goals
- Lead end-to-end deal negotiations including commercial terms, SLAs, and joint GTM plans
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners across verticals
- Develop partner onboarding frameworks and enablement resources
- Define KPIs for partnership success and report on performance to executive stakeholders
- Manage relationships with existing partners to deepen engagement and expand value
- Collaborate with Marketing on co-branded campaigns and joint events
- Work with Legal to draft and execute partnership agreements and NDAs
- Represent the company at industry conferences and partner summits
- Map competitive partner landscape and surface strategic insights to leadership
