- Experience with zero-trust approaches at scale
- Awareness of AI security
- Strong technical judgment
- People leadership and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Set and drive the strategy for Infrastructure Security across cloud, identity, and AI systems
- Define clear goals and metrics for tracking progress and decision making
- Improve and scale key areas like cloud security, access management, and container security
- Build and support a strong team, helping engineers grow and do their best work
- Work closely with engineering teams to integrate security into system design from the start
- Help define how to secure AI and automated systems, including resource access, policy enforcement, and risk management
- Ensure security keeps pace with company growth without hindering teams
- Partner across Security Operations to maintain alignment and effectiveness
