  • 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate strategy
  • Significant portion of experience focused on the storage and/or EV sectors
  • Proven track record of identifying and developing successful new business ventures
  • Fluency in Virtual Power Plants (VPPs)
  • Fluency in Demand Response
  • Fluency in Distributed Energy Resources (DERs)
  • Strong emphasis on EVSE charging infrastructure
  • Strong emphasis on Managed Charging (V1G) partnership models
  • Strong emphasis on Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) partnership models
  • Proficient in residential storage models
  • Proven experience in developing and utilizing financial, market, or energy models
  • Demonstrable experience working within or partnering across the EV and residential storage ecosystems

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop a pipeline of “zero-to-one” opportunities in the EV and battery storage markets.
  • Lead all stages from market analysis and initial concept through partnership development and execution.
  • Develop and utilize financial, market, and energy models to assess new business opportunities.
  • Evaluate market strategies and structure complex partnerships, particularly those involving battery storage and EV integration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at EV manufacturers, managed charging providers, residential storage suppliers, and other strategic partners.
