Requirements

- Systems thinking at the architecture level, designing for scale
- ATS fluency (Ashby preferred)
- Comfort with data, metrics, and using both to surface what matters
- Coaching-oriented management style
- Remote-first operating experience
Responsibilities
- Lead AI and automation strategy for Talent Operations, including roadmap, pilots, and outcomes
- Manage a team of four with defined growth paths and active development
- Oversee the Ashby ATS ecosystem, including configuration, integrations, and technology decisions
- Partner on data architecture and reporting to drive leadership decisions
- Design recruiting operations that scale and do not require constant involvement
- Provide strategic partnership to the VP of TA, offering point of view beyond status updates
