Responsibilities
- Execute Purchase Orders (POs) with total precision
- Lead daily follow-up on open orders, ensuring ETAs are accurate
- Proactively alert the Purchasing Director to potential supply chain bottlenecks
- Maintain and audit the preferred vendor database
- Ensure pricing is current across all systems (Shopify/QBO)
- Conduct research to vet new suppliers or alternative sourcing options
- Act as the final checkpoint for client billing by generating and sending accurate invoices
- Support the Sales team by maintaining a "gold standard" CRM
- Synchronize production timelines and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on deadlines
- Execute ad-hoc research projects ranging from vetting new software tools to gathering market intelligence and competitor pricing data
