Requirements

  • 5+ years of related professional experience in Marketing, Growth, or Operations, with a focus on user activations
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-visibility projects with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience in B2B marketing or account management, preferably with enterprise clients
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with using AI tools or agents (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or specialized marketing AI) to automate content versioning, data cleaning, or campaign operations
  • Experience working within the healthcare ecosystem, particularly with employer-sponsored benefits, EAPs, or health plan activation
  • Proven experience using structured frameworks (like ICE or RICE) to prioritize, execute, and document A/B tests and marketing experiments

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of activation campaigns
  • Drive growth through data-driven initiatives
  • Optimize touchpoints for conversion through rigorous A/B testing
  • Automate workflows with AI and MarTech tools
  • Develop scalable playbooks
  • Maintain high standards for data attribution
  • Partner with Analytics to report on conversion rates and incrementality
  • Act as a cross-functional bridge for the Commercial and Sales teams
  • Align marketing efforts with partner requirements
  • Use performance data to continuously optimize the activation roadmap and close funnel gaps
