Requirements
- 5+ years of related professional experience in Marketing, Growth, or Operations, with a focus on user activations
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-visibility projects with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in B2B marketing or account management, preferably with enterprise clients
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Familiarity with using AI tools or agents (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or specialized marketing AI) to automate content versioning, data cleaning, or campaign operations
- Experience working within the healthcare ecosystem, particularly with employer-sponsored benefits, EAPs, or health plan activation
- Proven experience using structured frameworks (like ICE or RICE) to prioritize, execute, and document A/B tests and marketing experiments
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of activation campaigns
- Drive growth through data-driven initiatives
- Optimize touchpoints for conversion through rigorous A/B testing
- Automate workflows with AI and MarTech tools
- Develop scalable playbooks
- Maintain high standards for data attribution
- Partner with Analytics to report on conversion rates and incrementality
- Act as a cross-functional bridge for the Commercial and Sales teams
- Align marketing efforts with partner requirements
- Use performance data to continuously optimize the activation roadmap and close funnel gaps
