  • Ability to manage sensitive candidate data and ensure all hires align with necessary security and government-contracting constraints
  • Strong ability to interpret recruitment data
  • Ability to track KPIs and adjust team strategies to hit aggressive targets
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills for both internal team management and high-level client interactions

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment team’s daily activities, ensuring all members are aligned with company goals and consistently reaching their deadlines
  • Maintain a hands-on role in the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top-tier candidates for specialized positions
  • Closely follow, track, and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs), taking full responsibility for the team's overall success and results
  • Maintain and update recruitment spreadsheets and tracking tools to ensure real-time accuracy and transparency of the hiring pipeline
  • Attend and contribute to client meetings, providing professional updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and strategic wins
  • Ensure the team strictly adheres to operational protocols, including the successful completion of background and police checks for all candidates
