Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mid-market sales, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
- Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Comfortable using tools like Zoom and LinkedIn for engaging inbound leads
- Strong customer focus with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively via Zoom calls, emails, and phone calls
- Highly driven and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Handle high-quality inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, BDRs, and conferences, qualifying and converting them into happy Popl customers
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by accurately tracking and updating opportunities in Salesforce
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations to showcase the value of Popl’s solutions
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to strategically position Popl’s offerings
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and continuous improvement of our sales process
