Requirements

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or procurement
  • Advanced Excel skills (data tracking, analysis, reporting)
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable making phone calls to vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners
  • Experience working with 3PL partners and supply chain coordination
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours
  • Experience working in remote environments

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize logistics scheduling to ensure efficient movement of goods
  • Coordinate with 3PL partners to track shipments, resolve delays, and expedite deliveries when needed
  • Support procurement activities, including coordinating with ingredient suppliers and vendors
  • Assist with sourcing and onboarding a new trucking partner
  • Monitor logistics performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization
  • Use advanced Excel to track shipments, inventory, procurement timelines, and operational metrics
  • Work within Odoo ERP (or similar systems) to manage operational workflows and data
  • Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to avoid delays or disruptions
  • Communicate directly with partners via phone and email to resolve urgent operational needs
