Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or freight operations.
- Strong working knowledge of LTL, FTL, parcel, and cross-border shipping (Canada–US).
- Experience with freight and order management systems (e.g., ShipStation, Shopify).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across warehouse locations and direct-to-customer deliveries.
- Schedule and book freight with carriers for LTL, FTL, parcel, and intermodal shipments.
- Manage courier accounts and reconcile invoices.
- Prepare all required shipping documentation including BOLs, commercial invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in internal systems.
- Monitor inbound purchase orders and conduct inventory audits.
- Liaise with 3PL warehouses to ensure fulfillment accuracy.
- Track and report on logistics KPIs and freight costs.
