Requirements

  • 7+ years in content marketing and social media management in a high-growth B2B technology, AI, or infrastructure software environment
  • Proven track record of scaling content programs
  • Exceptional writer and editor who can translate complex technical concepts into narratives
  • Deep hands-on experience across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
  • Fluency in content management systems
  • Fluency in marketing automation
  • Fluency in AI-assisted production tools
  • Strong working knowledge of GEO best practices
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO best practices, including optimization for AI-powered search
  • Experience with Profound strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with AI technologies
  • Familiarity with cloud computing technologies
  • Familiarity with data infrastructure technologies
  • Familiarity with storage technologies
  • Sound judgment, strong project management instincts
  • Collaborative, proactive can-do attitude

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with MinIO's corporate brand and AI-centric company narrative
  • Translate deeply technical concepts into compelling storylines that help advance the company vision
  • Create, maintain and drive an editorial calendar that delivers consistent, high-quality content across all owned channels
  • Leverage AI tools thoughtfully across the full content workflow (writing, editing, video creation)
  • Craft exceptional content across formats: social posts, blog articles, video scripts, executive POVs, newsletters, and other assets
  • Serve as a strong in-house writer and editor with sharp attention to detail producing work that reflects the MinIO brand voice
  • Partner with communications, product marketing, and sales to translate cross-functional priorities into content
  • Proactively develop differentiated blog and content strategies for product launches and major announcements
  • Own and advance MinIO's social presence across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other relevant channels
  • Develop platform-specific organic and paid content strategies with a consistent cadence of creative ideas
  • Transform MinIO's employee advocacy program: design effective operations and execution
  • Own and optimize executive advocacy across social platforms, developing content and a posting cadence
  • Monitor social media trends, platform changes, and brand mentions
  • Transform the MinIO newsletter from an information vehicle into a growth mechanism
  • Lead MinIO's generative engine optimization (GEO) and search engine optimization (SEO) efforts across owned content
  • Build and maintain a framework for optimizing content discoverability
  • Establish and own the KPIs and measurement system for content, social, and AI search visibility
  • Manage a content and social budget with discipline, allocating resources across AI tools, content production, and paid distribution
  • Provide regular reporting and data-driven insights in weekly marketing meetings and quarterly business reviews
  • Continuously optimize strategies based on performance data, bringing a test-and-learn mindset
  • Act as a spirited collaborator who plans, executes, measures, and communicates with equal rigor
  • Partner closely with communications, product marketing, brand, and sales teams to ensure content and social programming is tightly integrated
  • Champion the content and social function internally
