- Organized, reliable, able to hit weekly targets without hand-holding
- Strong communication skills, especially working async across time zone
Responsibilities
- Work with Founder to define and refine content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and any emerging channels
- Own and maintain the monthly content calendar across all platforms
- Ideate and pitch creative concepts weekly - staying ahead of trends, sounds, and formats that fit the brand
- Be on camera regularly as a face of the brand — UGC-style, authentic, no heavy production
- Use AI photography and visual tools to supplement and scale content production
- Manage the full production cycle: concept, filming, editing, posting
- Manage day-to-day presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and Facebook
- Engage with the community - comments, DMs, and building real relationships with followers
- Own social channel growth as a KPI — follower count, reach, and engagement are yours to move
- Own social-driven revenue as a KPI — you are directly responsible for generating sales through our social channels
- Drive sales through TikTok Lives, shoppable content, and platform-native commerce features (TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping)
- Track weekly and monthly benchmarks across all platforms: reach, engagement, follower growth, and social-attributed revenue
- Deliver a simple performance recap to founder regularly with clear takeaways and recommendations
- Connect content performance to sales data so we always know what's working and why
