Responsibilities
- Create posts, polls, carousels, short-form video, PDFs, and infographics.
- Engage and grow customer and partner communities on social platforms.
- Identify trends and lead social-first pilots.
- Execute social media strategy including always-on content and influencer programs.
- Maintain monthly content calendars and bi-monthly planning.
- Drive social campaigns aligned with product launches and industry trends.
- Execute and report on integrated brand campaigns cross-functionally.
