- Experience with Loomly (preferred)
- Experience coordinating with paid marketing campaigns (bonus)
- Expertise growing YouTube and TikTok channels (bonus)
- B2B Marketing and LinkedIn - organic and/or paid (bonus)
- Knowledge of healthcare, insurance, caregiving, senior care, dialysis, or other types of in-home care (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute an organic social media strategy based on brand guidelines, product offerings, seasonal topics, brand partnerships, and business goals
- Actively oversee channel engagement, monitoring comments, and seeking out opportunities for interaction or reposting
- Test different types of content, evaluating performance, identifying trends and opportunities
- Plan and schedule monthly social calendar with 1-3 posts per week
- Write creative copy, captions, and scripts, with strategic tagging and hashtags
- Tailor content to different audience segments based on channels
- Collaborate with the Sales/Business, Design, and Copy teams
- Coordinate with paid marketing campaigns and SEO efforts
- Present monthly analytic reports with strategic suggestions for improvement
- Maintain a schedule of availability for communicating with the team, ensuring any requests are met in a timely manner
